The Home-Time Story

A dream was realized for Kevin & Sheila Smook, when they opened Home-Time Realty in the spring of ‘99.

After 5 years working with another Real Estate company, Kevin decided it was time to expand his marketing horizons, thus opening Home-Time Realty, and joining the Edmonton Real Estate Board.

The Board’s Multiple Listing Service, provides an exceptional opportunity for Home-Time Realty clients, offering exposure of listings to over 3,000 Greater Edmonton Realtors.

In addition, since Home-Time Realty launched its website, clients now have an even greater market, with a chance to reach the entire world.

Home-Time Realty is an independently owned and operated business providing individual attention to our clients needs. We recently expanded with an Office in Viking to meet the needs of consumers in the Viking area.

Home-Time Realty has added an Insurance and Investments division, aimed at providing General Insurance coverage, plus GIC's and Investment Funds.
